    • Price: Free for all orders

  • Expedited Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 Business Days

    • Price: £10 (calculated at checkout).


 

2. Shipping Restrictions

Regions We Ship To:

  • UK: We ship to most areas within the UK, excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly, Islay/Jura, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


 

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Some products may have additional processing times due to stock availability or special handling requirements.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders in the UK.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at peter@silvexametals.com. Provide pictures of the damage along with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
